So....time to start with some info and shit about him~~

Fact(s) : He tends to get migraines after using his Psychic powers. 

Bio: Atlas was a normal Mew until a group of scientists found him alone and captured him. The group began doing experiments on the young Mew to which they discovered that his Psychic abilities were far stronger than a normal Mews. His brain was then experimented on and tested for nearly 8 years until he escaped. During his escape, one of the scientists Pokemon scratched his eye and giving him a scar. Once he lost the group, he went to the nearest Center where he was then patched up and taken care of for a good 4 months. After all those years of being experimented on caused him to lose memory of his mother and past life. He now travels to different places, hoping to find something familiar to him.
