Description

This was it. The first mission Team Showers and Team Light have done. The only problem is...they have to collaborate in order to save Shinx from Marble Cave. It shouldn't be THAT hard, right? As long as you have the upper hand against rock-type Pokemon, you should be fine.

The Vaporeon sighed as she walked towards the dungeon with her team and Team Light. The one chance her team had of doing a mission, and they had to collaborate with her old partner's team. "Ugh....this is so stupid. My team shouldn't be collaborating with an electric-type only team like yours, Kaito!" The water-type huffed before turning her head away from the large electric sheep.

"Moana...I wanted to do this dungeon with my team as much as you do, but hey! At least we can duke it out with all those rock-types like times, right?" The Ampharos tried his best to get his ex-teammate to smile, but to no avail.

"Old times...?" Moana stopped in her tracks and turned to Kaito, who had stopped as well with his ears already lowered. "OLD TIMES??? Kaito, this is NOT gonna be like 'old times' with our master not being here! Besides, I did SO much better alone in those battles...." The Vaporeon began muttering to herself.

The Togetic and Electrike watched as their teammates argued over their past. Charlie slowly leaned close to Cole's ear and began to whisper. "Jeez....they're like an old couple..." Cole simply nodded in response. The Electrike was the only one in the whole group who felt like doing this mission was a bad idea. Though, as long as Kaito was near, Cole felt safe.

"Alright you dumb sheep! I'm done with your Tauros shit! If you want to do this mission together as a team, that's fine! I'm going ahead by myself!" After saying that, Moana proceeded to enter the cave.

"Moana, wait!" The Vaporeon stopped in her tracks to turn head her towards the Ampharos. "What is it now...??"

Kaito sighed as he looked directly into Moana's eyes. "Remember what master said about working together...?"

Moana paused to think about it before speaking. "That working together as a team gets the job done better...?" Kaito then smiled at Moana. "Yep...that's it. I know master isn't here, but....don't you think he'd be proud if he found out that, even though we're not in the same team, we still work together...?" The Vaporeon thought about that carefully. Working together while not on the same team...? Would master even be proud of it...? Moana closed her eyes for a moment before opening them back up.

"He would."

"Indeed he would, Moana. Now, let's go save that Shinx, OK?"

"OK."

The two smiled at each other as they and their partners finally entered the dungeon.
